About Delegate Assembly: Delegate Assembly is our state organization’s governing body and is held January 12th (after the school day) thru the 14th. To run, delegates must be nominated (self-nomination works!) through an e-mail to President Wojtalewicz at firstname.lastname@example.org. A link with current reps will be posted online soon.
Qualifications: delegates MUST attend Pre-policy after October’s Rep Council and Policy Assembly on Saturday November 12th. Sub days are provided for Friday January 13th and stipends are provided for all who attend all required meetings.
The vote will be online and occur Monday September 26 - Friday September 30th. To vote, members will need their member number which can be found on their NEA-Alaska ID card, or through e-mailing email@example.com

The Elections Committee is responsible for organizing, conducting and supervising all elections that are not spelled out in the bylaws, such as the election for President and contract ratification.
The Elections Committee meets on an as-needed basis.
