Employee Rights
The employee rights committee consists of 10 to 15 AEA members who have taken both the Phase I and II Rights course as well as the Phase III and IV Rights course and/or advanced rights. Each member of the committee is assigned to several schools and these rights members assist the building rep. and/or building rights person with issues and questions that may arise. New members to the rights committee are recruited by the chair.
The rights brochure below tells you which rights person is assigned to which buildings. Also, the rights brochure provides you with your NEA-Alaska staff contact information.
