One of the primary purposes of the AEA is to negotiate the contract on the members' behalf. It defines your working relationship with your employer. If you ever have questions about what you or your administrators are allowed to do or are required to do, spend some time here to see if there are sections that apply. MOA
"MOA" stands for "Memorandum of Agreement". There are times during the life of the contract that it is useful for the AEA and the ASD to clarify specific points, usually because of a disagreement or uncertainty about what some of the wording means.
